They suggested to snake/clean the line first as something showed up as suspicious at a particular spot and they showed and explained to me. After cleaning nothing needed to be repaired.

 Very professional employees. My drain from the house to the road was clogged. They snaked it several times to make sure the drain was completely clear of all debris so the problem would not return and checked with a camera. I have no doubt I would call this company again for any of my plumbing needs.
