After interacting with a few JR Snider technicians and office staff, I have yet to meet one who is anything other than kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. In a world where those qualities are quickly disappearing, JR Snider is finding and employing wonderful people who do their job incredibly well.

The JR Snider team did a phenomenal job from start to finish. My first call was after hours. Their phone service took my message, but I was contacted the same night from a member of their staff.When Abram showed up the day if my appointment, I am embarrassed to say I didn't know where my water main was. Abram was extremely patient and took the time to help me figure it out. It turns out the previous owners of my home had capped off the previous water main, and moved the main shut off. The new shut off was sealed behind an access panel and painted over it. Once that fiasco was solved, he was extremely professional and knowledgeable.JR Snider has won a dedicated customer, and I would highly recommend them!
