He was diligent in checking his work and caring, treated it as if it were his own house. I’ve used JR Snider for about 15 years and they’re a trusted company. I’ve always been happy with their service but Shane hit it out of the ballpark.

Shane did an excellent job of fixing two sinks in my house. He took his time and ensured the job was done correctly. He showed me after the job was complete that everything was working as it should and that there were no leaks. He went above and beyond to show me things not related to the job at hand—for example, how to shut off the water in the house if I ever need to do that. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. Highly recommend!
