My plumbing issue has been a peculiar one but Abram worked diligently until he figured out exactly where the problem was and came up with a plan to make the necessary repairs. My water heater decided to start dying so I called JR Snider for assistance. Shane arrived the same day and installed a brand new one as quickly as possible, waiting to test it to make sure all was working as expected. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard and fast to get things installed and operational. I started the day with a failing, old water heater and ended it with a brand new one giving hot water. JR Snider and the employees have not let me down in the decade I’ve lived here. You really can’t ask for better service.
