The plumber, Mr. Taylor who drained my water heater was very experienced and addressed all the things I was worried about . I'm in a new house and unsure about how everything works .Mr. Taylor was kind enough to show me how my washer and dryer work and saw that while I had coverd my outside spigot the water to it needed to be turned off. All this in addition to adding the safety features to my water heater that had concerned me when I read the manual......Now it's January and I have just had my first annual plumbing inspection and there are no problems- I particularly appreciated Mr Taylor's comment that the little house I live in is well built and the plumbing a professional job.

Mike came exactly on time for appointment and first thing he did was used shoe covers. I was very impressed by this gesture. He was very pleasant, friendly and went diligently about his assessment of my issues. He took his time testing my water and did this very thoroughly. He proceeded to test and check my devices and was very professional about all this concluding with his assessment. He was very clear and precise about informing me of what I needed and gave me a fair estimate. His manner and transparency really impressed me. Big shout out to Mike! Thank you
