After my first good experience with JR Snider, I decided to call them back to see if they could help me with my water heater problem. Mike came out and was very helpful. He had obviously researched my issue before hand because he came prepared to answer all my questions and gave me some good suggestions to help with my issue without having to replace my device. I was very pleased with my experience. A week later I called JR Snider again to follow up on their estimate from their last visit. Shane came out and despite running into a wiring issue in the beginning, he was able to do a great job, even making a last minute accommodation to a request I made. I am happy with the result. Even more important, my wife is happy too!

Chris and his apprentice were very polite and friendly. They helped me narrow down the issue and was very knowledgeable about how to fix it.

Brad did an excellent job. I manage 150 properties. Brad came out on the same day, did the water tests and provided the tenant the results. Then, in private called me and provided me the same results and we could have an open and fluid conversation in private. His advise was candid and in private, I could ask probeing questions without someone over reacting.

Came to fix our pipe same day and even helped us with our water filter. Very professional and friendly!
