I called at the end of the day on Thursday because my water went out. Mike showed up at my house in less than an hour and found the issue. Was advised a crew would be here first thing in the morning. Friday morning Jared and a second person showed up and worked so hard on my well. It was so hot out that day but they never stopped working. I was so pleased with the hard work and dedication that they showed. Not only were they working hard to restore my water for me but also for all of my rescue animals. Jared and his helper were very pleasant and knowledgeable. They were easy to talk to. Jared explained what the issue was and how they resolved it. I contacted J.R. Snider this morning to confirm that I needed a new water pump. Yup, I do. J.R. Snider sent Josh Butterfiels out to my home within an hour. I could not believe how.quickly they responded. Josh was very personable yet professional. He was very knowledgeable about the task at hand and he answered all of my questions. He was also direct when he spoke about pricing, which I truly appreciated. While J.R. Snider is a bit pricier than alot of it's competitors, it didn't seem so bad once Josh talked about Snider's Commitment to the customer. Mr. Butterfield makes J.R. Snider's look good. JR Snider was great. I had no water on Thursday morning when I awoke. I called JR Snider around 10:30 AM and a technician arrived at my house by 11:45 to diagnose the problem as a water pump failure. The following morning 2 technicians arrived at my house at 9:00 AM to replace the pump. Both technicians were polite, professional and clearly explained everything they would need to do to replace the pump. They worked quickly and I had water by noon that day. Thank goodness! I highly recommend JR Snider.

Jared was terrific and identified the issue, explained it clearly, and developed a solution that will resolve the problem, at various option levels. He could not have been more professional and instilled terrific confidence in the result. My well pump was old and broken, and he and the team set up a whole new system and restored water at better pressure levels and (likely) avoiding sediment in the water that has plagued me since we bought our home. I am joining the Snider Club and will be a solid referral based upon this very positive experience!

Ok, just had the team come back and replace our pump. Excellent service, knowledge and all around excellent people and company! Reasonably priced too so don't hesitate to call this A+ company! I'm a real person, with real life issues that arise when being a home owner, this company and the team are excellent, will definitely recommend to friends and family and keep them on speed dial!
