Joe is very knowledgeable and after he makes any repairs with our system, he explains to my husband and myself what maintenance he had to do to our system in terms we understand. Our water looked very brownish this morning, so I called J. R. Snider for service. Wilmer was so knowledgeable and thorough. He tested the water and inspected all the well equipment. It wasn’t the problem he originally suspected, but he made sure to explain everything-showing me the real issue and making the repairs. He’s really good at his job! Clean water is so important, and I appreciate his expertise.
