We are very pleased with J.R. Snider, especially Joe, he takes care of our water softener system, which he installed for us. Joe is very knowledgeable and after he makes any repairs with our system, he explains to my husband and myself what maintenance he had to do to our system in terms we understand. Joe is always on time, friendly and always answers all of our questions. Whenever we call we always ask for Joe because we trust Joe at J.R. Snider for our maintenance of our system. Our water looked very brownish this morning, so I called J. R. Snider for service. Wilmer was so knowledgeable and thorough. He tested the water and inspected all the well equipment. It wasn’t the problem he originally suspected, but he made sure to explain everything-showing me the real issue and making the repairs. He’s really good at his job! Clean water is so important, and I appreciate his expertise.

JR Snider installed a 'Water Right Impressions' series water filter system in my home on 21 February 2012. The system install included a water softener tank, a water acid neutralizer tank, a whole house water filter, installation of an 80 gallon well water pressure tank, and replacing a significant section of pipe inside the house that supplied well water to the water filter system. For the past 12 years the JR Snider installed water filter system has performed flawlessly...thank you JR Snider! And, I'd also like to give a quick 'shout-out' to Mike, not only for previous check-up/maintenance service calls, but for today's service call too...just outstanding, professional support...many thanks Mike...most appreciated...once again!
