After my first good experience with JR Snider, I decided to call them back to see if they could help me with my water heater problem. Mike came out and was very helpful. He had obviously researched my issue before hand because he came prepared to answer all my questions and gave me some good suggestions to help with my issue without having to replace my device. I was very pleased with my experience. A week later I called JR Snider again to follow up on their estimate from their last visit. Shane came out and despite running into a wiring issue in the beginning, he was able to do a great job, even making a last minute accommodation to a request I made. I am happy with the result. Even more important, my wife is happy too!

The plumber, Mr. Taylor who drained my water heater was very experienced and addressed all the things I was worried about . I'm in a new house and unsure about how everything works .Mr. Taylor was kind enough to show me how my washer and dryer work and saw that while I had coverd my outside spigot the water to it needed to be turned off. All this in addition to adding the safety features to my water heater that had concerned me when I read the manual......Now it's January and I have just had my first annual plumbing inspection and there are no problems- I particularly appreciated Mr Taylor's comment that the little house I live in is well built and the plumbing a professional job.

Shane was such a nice and honest person. He took the time to explain everything. He even fired an issue with the piping that the previous technician did not do. If we have any other problems we will definitely ask if Shane can come back and help us. Thanks Shane 

Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Josh was the technician that came to our house today to service our hot water heater. He was thorough, courteous and took all the time we needed to answer our questions and concerns. 100% satisfied with the service and very much appreciated not being "upsold" on anything.

My water heater decided to start dying so I called JR Snider for assistance. Shane arrived the same day and installed a brand new one as quickly as possible, waiting to test it to make sure all was working as expected. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard and fast to get things installed and operational. I started the day with a failing, old water heater and ended it with a brand new one giving hot water. JR Snider and the employees have not let me down in the decade I’ve lived here. You really can’t ask for better service.

I could not leave enough stars or say enough positive things about my experience with Shane Taylor. He did a thorough inspection of my house and found issues with my water tank and water heater, which he showed me and explained the impact of not addressing the issues. He saw the age of the water tank and, while it had gone out of warranty, he was able to convince the seller to cover a full replacement. He saved me several thousand dollars when it could have been just as easy to sell me a new water heater. You don't see that kind of honesty anymore or that kind of service and true interest in helping the customer. I'm a grateful (and loyal) customer.
