Before: Older Natural Gas water heater that stopped heating
After: Newly installed 75 Gallon Natural Gas Heater with 5 gallon expansion tank and drain pan.
The customer had a very old water heater that was leaking from the bottom of the tank. The tank was also not up to code as it didn't have an expansion tank installed with the water heater. We recommended replacing it with a new State Proline Natural gas water heater and a new 5-gallon expansion tank.
This customer had an outdated Gas Water Heater and wanted a new one installed prior to moving into their new home.
We replaced the current Water Heater with a New Bradford White Gas Heater and 5 gallon Expansion Tank.
When this well-known park and Equestrian Facility began having problems with a large commercial water heater that supplied hot water to staff housing, one of the board members knew just who to call.
After a quick diagnostic of the 20-year-old heater, everyone agreed that it was time for a replacement.
The new water heater was delivered to the job site as we drained and removed the older unit. After some quick repiping and the installation of a new expansion tank, they were back in hot water by mid-afternoon.
