We have had JR Snider out two times. The first time we worked with Joe and the second time we worked with Brad. In both occasions, they were absolutely phenomenal.Both were friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and willing to give recommendations to me, the homeowner/client. This level of customer care and thoroughness is absolutely top tier.We intend to use JR Snider to replace our water softener and add a whole house filter per their recommendations. Phenomenal! I called in the AM and was able to be seen that day. Brad was incredible—quickly diagnosed the problem, set us up to have the issue fixed, and was so thorough. We will be using this company again!! You guys are amazing!!

Mike was excellent. On time, extremely polite and knowledgeable about our water system. He was able to explain what was wrong in layman’s terms and explain the fix to us. They provided the estimate on the spot.
