What made you choose our company:

I needed a plumber to come look at my water heater because it was flashing a trouble code and we were leaving to go on vacation that Monday morning. I called on Saturday and was able to get someone to come out early on that Monday morning, and on arrival Shane diagnosed the issue and had the part ordered so he could install it on that Friday on our return. Shane arrived promptly on Friday afternoon, installed the new part, but it was not working and he was determined to make sure I had hot water before he left. Shane finally made the decision that the new part was faulty and called his office to have another one ordered and the parts lady told him she had ordered 2 of them, so Shane drove back to his office, picked up the new item, came back and installed it and it was working properly. He cleaned up the area around the water heater, happy he was able to provide us with hot water again. Shane is the best! I've used J R Snider before and will continue to use them in the future for any issues. Thank you Shane and the wonderful crew there, and Shane did all this, making sure it was fixed, late in the afternoon on his birthday. Thanks again and God bless all of you!
