Sales Process
Brad Dawdy and Joe Shipe are terrific at explaining options. They truly understand their products and the functionality of each part. They do not try to sell the biggest and most expensive, rather they make a genuine effort to provide only what you need to correct plumbing issues.
Joe Shipe returned after installation of our filtration system to test it effectiveness. Even though it was filtering well, he made some very inventive adjustments to the system to improve the backwash cycle. He has a wealth of experience and an incredible understanding of the science behind water service and filtration.
