Chris and Phil were very thorough and paid great care and attention to detail with no corners being cut. I am very hands on involved type personality and they allowed me to ask lots of questions to satisfy my own understanding as well as help with cleanup during the job.
Very pleased with their efforts to regrade and restore the lawn. I was also very pleased to learn that straw and re-seeding was included in the plan. That is a thoughtful extra provided by the company! Thought that was going to be my problem.
What made you choose our company:
I felt confident that I would be able to communicate clearly with Chris (no language barrier) and your company was positively referred to me by my neighbor who had septic repair work done two years prior. Chris was upfront that the quoted price would likely be higher due to the higher grade materials (Sch. 40 PVC) he would use. For a major house infrastructure investment like this, it was important to me to have solid excellent work done. Plus my yard contains a lot of rock and he felt the sch.40 PVC would protect from rock damage and crushing of the header lines as was evident in the existing 4" black corrugated header lines. Chris also explained that he would jet and peroxide treat the drain field lines to break up the biomat to restore their performance to like new condition. This really resonated with me as a great preventative step to take for a 39+ year old system, especially while everything was exposed. Two other companies had no plans to take these extra steps, which I deemed wise to do even though it was an extra expense.
