Mr. K. had a hose bib on the back of his house that was spraying water everywhere. Our technician arrived on site and quickly replaced the hose bib and had Mr. K. back to watering his garden in no time. Mr. V. is an existing customer who has used us for plumbing work in the past. He called us out to correct some minor issues for a leaky kitchen sink drain. Mr. P. was not happy with his water. He had lived in his home for several years and was concerned that his water may be harming his plumbing fixtures. Upon arrival, our technician noted the white scaly buildup on all the faucets and on the showerheads. We tested the water and learned it was high in minerals(hardness) and contained chlorine. Our technician went on to explain to Mr. P that once the water arrived safely to his home the chlorine served no purpose and he might want it removed. We also explained the benefits of a water softener and how a water conditioning system would improve Mr. P.’s quality of life.
